Lesson Description

You can join any of our stand up paddle board group lessons available, even if you are by yourself.

In other words, there is no minimum number of people required to join in a paddle board group lesson. 

Our lessons are designed to give you the best information for getting onto the water safely, having fun and learning the best technique behind paddle boarding. We start the lesson with a safety brief and an introduction to the equipment before moving onto the water for the all important practical lesson on how to stand and paddle effectively (we have a 100% stand up rate on our lessons).

We keep everything progressional and can tailor the experience to your ability, so you'll still have things to do even if you feel nervous about getting to your feet.

Operating from Point Walter on Swan River we have a perfect and gentle spot for people new to paddle boarding, as well as a stunning environment with gorgeous views for those who more confident and looking for a great experience.

Notable for its large sandbar that is used as a reserve for endangered and rare animals, you will have a front row seats to some of the most incredible creatures in the area. There's no shortage of breath taking moments as you paddle along side the beautiful black swans, pass the pelicans relaxing in the sun and you may even spot the wild dolphins as they play.
